Established in 1978, AMA Inc. is a family-owned consulting and investing firm that provides advice and partnership to support family- and founder-led businesses and not-for-profit organizations in pursuing their strategic and financial objectives. We work with the owners and leaders to find creative solutions to their most critical issues while providing guidance on growth for this and future generations. 

Over that time we have recovered in excess of $500M for educational institutions alone with our forensic expertise that earned us the right to work on cases including the World Trade Center bombings, America’s largest financial forensic case with AIG, and our not-for-profit niche where we have recovered over $25 million for one individual Not-for-Profit.
